SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE HANDLING/PROCESSING TIME. WE TRY TO PICK AND PACK ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT BEING A MICRO BUSINESS, THIS CAN SOMETIMES TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS DEPENDING ON DEMAND.

DURING SALE PERIODS DISPATCH OF PRODUCT CAN BE DELAYED FOR UP TO 5-7 DAYS. WE THANK-YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PATIENCE WHILE WE ORGANISE YOUR ORDER FOR YOU. 

POSTAL DISPATCH IS TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS OF EACH WEEK. HOWEVER, WHERE WE CAN, WE WILL TRY AND POST OUT THE DAY OF YOUR ORDER. PLEASE LEAVE US A LITTLE NOTE IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT AND NEEDS TO BE SENT OUT IMMEDIATELY.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

• As we are a micro business with limited staff, post will only be sent out a couple of times a week. Our post days are Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to order and receive your product. If required urgently, please attach a message to your order and we will try our best to get it out to you as soon as we can.
  
  
• Although we try our hardest to get your orders out to you asap, during sales periods there may be additional delivery delays between 5-8 days. 
  
  
• Please note the estimated delivery times do not include processing/handling times nor does it include weekends or public holidays.

• Once orders are dispatched, Intoxication Lingerie does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods that may occur during the delivery of your order. For most international shipping there is a standard $100 warranty included. However, if the order that you placed is over $100 and you would like to have extra insurance cover, please contact us directly and we can organise this for an additional fee. • A tracking number will automatically be e-mailed to you once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
  
  
• Your delivery includes tracking e-mail/SMS notifications and signature on delivery. 
  
  
• In the case that your country does not offer Express Post, Intoxication Lingerie can either post your order to you via standard post (which will take longer) or for an additional fee, we can arrange a courier for fast delivery.

The delivery table above is a guide only. Intoxication Lingerie takes no responsibility for additional delivery delays once the order has dispatched. Any delays during delivery caused by customs clearance or any other occurrences that may impact your goods getting to you in the estimated delivery time, is between the courier and the customer. Tracking numbers are provided to assist the customer in helping locate their goods.

Intoxication Lingerie does not take responsibility for any additional government taxes and/or duty charges that the customer may incur once placing an order with us. It is the responsibility of each customer to insure they know what additional costs they may have to pay once the parcel reaches their country/destination.

Please note that with international orders the fees in the table are based on dimensions and weight of what we regard as an average order for our label. Usually this is around a small to medium/large parcel. However, if the order placed exceeds the postage fee quite excessively, Intoxication Lingerie reserves the right to send through an invoice to the customer to cover the difference of the postage fee. Should the customer not want to pay this additional fee, Intoxication Lingerie reserves the right to cancel the order and a refund will be carried out to the customer.
